Based on the findings of an off-site home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on November 22, 2021 and November 24, 2021, Just For You Home Care Agency, LLC, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A.
